This is from Me

  • In every disappointments and circumstances of life the Lord wants us to learn to see Him in all things.

Have you ever realized that whatever concerns you concerns Me too? "For whoever touches you touches the apple of my eye." - Zechariah 2:8.

In Isaiah 43:4 "You are precious and honored in my sight" therefore it is My special delight to teach you. In our everyday circumstances the Lord wanted us to learn that our strength, and our safety lies in letting Him fight for us.

This is from Me. "This is my doing." (1 Kings 12:24)

I am the God of circumstances. You did not come to this place by accident you are exactly where I meant for you to be. Your circumstances and the people around you are only being used to accomplish My will.

Are  you having financial problems? This is from Me for I am the One who keeps your finances, and I want you to learn to depend upon Me. My supply is limitless and  "I will meet all your needs"(Phil. 4:19)

Are you experiencing sorrows? This is from me, I have allowed your earthly comforters to fail you, so that by turning to Me you may receive eternal encouragement and good hope. I want you to prove My promises so you may realize that "is not your will but My will be done"(luke 22:42). I wanted to teach you some of my deepest truths.

The pain will leave as you learn to see Me in all things. This is from Me says the Lord. Just rest in Him and be patient now. His grace is suffient for each test. God's way for me is always best!.
The disappointments of life are simply the hidden appointments of Love. C.A. Fox.

    Heavenly Dew

  • We are like plants or vegetables that in order us to survive in this chaotic world we need a dew to refresh us and to sustain us in our everyday endeavors and mission in life.

The dew is a source of freshness. It is nature provision for renewing the face of the earth. It falls at night, and without it that vegetation would die.

I will be like the dew to Israel (Hosea 14:5)

The dew that I'm talking here is the dew of the Holy Spirit the heavenly dew. In the scriptures the dew is often recognized and used as a symbol of spiritual refreshment. Just as nature is bathed in dew, the Lord renews His people and refreshed them with the power of The Holy Spirit.

Heavenly Dew (Renewal by the Holy Spirit)
Many Christian missionaries do not recognize the importance of the heavenly dew in their lives, and as result lack freshness and energy. Their spirits are withered for the lack of dew. Now they are experiencing spiritual dryness.

We need God everyday not occasionally. It is not sufficient to have spiritual nourishment occasionally. You will experience spiritual dryness then eventually you will give up. Everyday we must receive the "renewal by the Holy Spirit"

Quiet and Stillness bring the dew (Prayer Time)
At night when the leaves and grass are still, the plants' pores open to receive the refreshing and invigorating bath. Just like us, spiritual dew comes from quietly lingering in His presence. It is in our prayer time where we can allow the Holy Spirit to refresh us. Get still before Him, for haste will prevent us from receiving the dew.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7)
Wait before God until you feel saturated with His presence. Then move on to your next duty with the awareness of the freshness and energy of Christ. Dr. Paradington

Be still and know that He is God (Psalm 46:10) to receive His grace.
Dew will never apprear while there is either heat or wind. Absolute rest is needed before the invisible particles of moisture will become due to dampen any plant of flower. And just like the grace of the Lord it does not come to bring rest and renewal to our soul until we completely reach the point of stillness before Him. (BJ)

    There Is Love! (Valentines Reflection)

  • Today, many people will feel the absence of love as keenly as others celebrate its presence. In a world where there is love means so much, is there a word from the Lord for everyone, with or without a sweetheart?.

First John 4 focuses not being loved by other person, but on God's love for us and our love for one another (v 7-11). According to 1 Corinthians 13:7, this love "bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."  How is this possible? Because God's Love "has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit" (Rom. 5:5)

Long after the card and flowers are forgotten, there is love from God's hearts to ours!

On this day when we express undying love and faithfulness, Lets not forget that God above Gave us His Son in perfect love.

The more we understand God's love for us, the more we'll show to others.

    Happy Valentines Day Souls! =)

My Future: High or Low Concerns Me Not

  • “What may be my future lot,
    High or low concerns me not;
This doth set my heart at rest:
What my God appoints is best.”

A very beautiful and affirming quote I've found. This quote really gives me strength the time I came to the point of doubting what my future would be. I am at my 29th now, still single, praying and loving life to the fullest in serving God and His people. But sometimes there are times I sit alone in a corner planning, thinking and worrying for my future. They say (My Friends), I'm the calmest and the coolest person ever (Mr.Cool) but even though, I worry. But when I came across to this quote i realized 3 things, 3 things that God promised me for my future.

First, My future is full of HOPE. as Gods promised for us in Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you,'declares the LORD, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." God promised us in several places in the Bible, that He will never leave us nor forsake us. He promised that He is always with us. One of the things that excite me in the goodness on God is the fact that not only is God for me; He is with me and in me and will NEVER leave me alone. The Lord is all I have so I put my Hope in Him.

“Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, and whose HOPE is the LORD." Jeremiah 17:7

Second, My future is in HIS HANDS. Sometimes, we spend a lot of time worrying about the future. And yet most of what we worry about never comes to pass. The Lord promised us not to worry about your life, what you will eat or drink. in Luke 12:22-26 Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat, or about your body, what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothing. Consider the birds: they neither sow nor reap, they have neither storehouse nor barn, and yet God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds! And can any of you by worrying add a single hour to your span of life? If then you are not able to do so small a thing as that, why do you worry about the rest?. God will take care of our future just like how he takes care of those birds in the verse, we are the apple of His eyes and so I believed that He is the one holding our future, every child of God is entitled this promise. Let us not put limitations to his promise and underestimate his power.

You are my God. My times are in Your HAND." Psalm 31:14

And lastly, My future is a taste of HEAVEN. God promised us to seek first His kingdom and everything will follow. Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Matthew 6:33. I am among those who experienced the truth in this verse. If you seek happiness, happiness will just elude you, but if you seek the kingdom of God happiness will find you. God's will first, and you will be happy!. In the end, God's will is our hearts desire and that desire is heaven, for heaven is here in our Heart.

As Psalm 37:4 tells us, "Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
